Dining Services
Our talented kitchen staff plans and prepares a wide variety of tasty and nutritious meals for complete lunch and dinner menus daily, including special menus to accommodate specific dietary needs. The Freshening Ideas Buffet salad bar also changes daily.
In keeping with the participatory nature of living at The Redwoods, residents can make menu suggestions by filling out comment cards and completing regular surveys. An active resident food committee works closely with staff to develop menus that address resident requests, celebrate holidays and reflect the fresh, organic bounty of each season.
In addition to daily meal preparation, our dining facilities also provide:
