The future of The Redwoods is bright! The Redwoods and its community of residents has long been a hub of social, physical, spiritual and intellectual activity for seniors of all income levels. Now, with a strong financial foundation, The Redwoods is pursuing our exciting Revitalizing the Redwoods plan to build on our extraordinary history to improve our campus and support a high quality of life for our residents.
Capital campaign funding for our Revitalizing The Redwoods improvement plan will be obtained two ways:
- Individual and corporate donations will be raised to fund the renovation, modernization and greening elements of the plan.
- The Redwoods will seek public financing from sources, such as tax credits, for 40 to 60 additional affordable housing units that won't affect The Redwoods ability to finance the other plan elements.
