Ways to Give

Overview

The Redwoods is a 501 c (3) non-profit organization known for its commitment to affordable senior housing and services. Keeping rents as low as possible results in a gap between our rental income and the cost of offering high-quality programs and services to our residents, the majority of whom are moderate and low income. This gap necessitates ongoing fundraising and a large, active volunteer network. Because of our dedicated volunteers and the longstanding support of the broader community, The Redwoods has served as a nationally acclaimed model for healthy, active aging for nearly 40 years.
