Volunteer Program
The Redwoods could not accomplish all that it does without the generosity of our volunteers. Every day they help us to fulfill our promise to the community and support every fundraising event we hold. Community and resident volunteers work side by side in our garden and serve on committees together with The Redwoods staff to help design and execute new programs.
Volunteers also provide daily support for our most frail residents in an effort to ensure that everyone at The Redwoods has the opportunity to enjoy a high quality of life. Resident and community volunteers often contribute further by regularly facilitating groups, teaching classes and giving lectures and performances in our auditorium, drawing from their vast talents and expertise to help fill out the landscape of our program calendar.
