We can proudly say that regular employees working 20 hours or more per week receive 100% paid health care (premium and allowable copay/deductibles), and enjoy pre-tax retirement savings with employer contribution after two years. 

Regular employees working 30 hours or more per week also receive dental, long and short term disability insurance, life insurance, competitive annual leave programs, paid vacation and sick leave, plus 9 holidays and 3 personal days, and more. Employees in on-call or short-hour positions receive a pay differential and sick leave.
