The Meadows provides skilled nursing for rehabilitation and long-term care. The Grove offers in-patient palliative, comfort and hospice care. All units in the Health Care Center have adjacent private patios and beautiful, serene gardens.
24-7 Nursing Services
There is always a Registered Nurse on the floor of our Health Care Center, and Certified Nursing Assistants in both the Health Care Center and Creekside Assisted Living. We are routinely awarded 5 stars by CMS for our nursing staff.
Campus Safety
Our location in Mill Valley is known for being a very safe community. There are cameras in common areas around the campus and a security guard on duty at night. Safety drills are practiced regularly by our facilities team.
Emergency Response
The Redwoods has a robust Emergency Management System and enjoys a close working relationship with Mill Valley Police & Fire and the City Council. We are a shelter-in-place community and annual evacuation drills are held by our Emergency Response Team.
