Creekside Apartments offer a tremendous choice to residents - the same independence as Independent Living, but with the peace of mind of having a Nurse's office available 24/7. Residents have access to Tailored Assisted Living Services, and enjoy a complete meal plan, weekly housekeeping, daily nurse wellness checks during Covid, and more.
Headlands Apartments
Our Headlands Independent Living Apartments offer one-bedroom units, with a full kitchen as well as a patio or balcony. Although not included in the rent, and housekeeping is available for a fee, and meals and snacks may be purchased from our Main Dining Room any day of the year.
