24-7 Nursing Services
Our nursing services are coordinated with private physicians. Both our Health Center and Creekside Apartments are overseen by Physicians. There is always a Registered Nurse on the floor of our Health Center, as well as CNAs in both the Health Center and Creekside Apartments. We are proud to have routinely been awarded 5-stars by CMS for our nursing staff.
Campus Safety
The Redwoods is located in Mill Valley, California, which is a very safe area. The Redwoods has a number of cameras in common areas around our campus and retains a security guard for evening and overnight hours. In addition, our teams maintain a safe and secure environment and regularly practice security drills.
Emergency Response
The Redwoods has a robust Emergency Management System and is grateful to enjoy a close working relationship with Mill Valley Police & Fire as well as Marin County Officials. We are a shelter-in-place community, but also hold annual evacuation drills. Our Emergency Response Team wishes to remind you to have an emergency plan and your 'go-bag' ready.
